When Dr. R. David Brumbaugh opened his practice on Cole Avenue in Dallas in 2001, he had a clear vision: build long-term relationships with patients, invest in technology that improves outcomes, and never rush a treatment plan. More than two decades later, that philosophy has not changed. Many of the families who walked through our doors in those early years are still patients today, and their children have grown up in our care.

With over 15 years of experience providing IV sedation, Dr. Brumbaugh helps patients who feel anxious about dental work or who need complex procedures completed comfortably in a single visit. Sedation is monitored continuously, and patients are supported from the moment they arrive until they are ready to leave.

Advanced Diagnostic and Treatment Technology

Our investment in technology is not about having the newest gadget. Each system we bring into the office must improve accuracy, reduce treatment time, or increase patient comfort. Today that includes cone beam 3D imaging (CBCT and iCat) for precise implant and surgical planning, CEREC for same-day ceramic crowns, Primescan for impression-free digital scanning, and soft-tissue lasers for more comfortable gum treatments.
