About Dr. Brumbaugh
Dr. David Brumbaugh has been practicing dentistry since 1999 and founded his Dallas practice in 2000. His philosophy of care centers on educating patients about the health and care of their mouths, including the connection between oral health and systemic health. He wants patients to understand their treatment options and the broader role dental care can play in their overall wellbeing.
Dr. Brumbaugh graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1999. His undergraduate studies included a Bachelor of Science in cell and animal physiology and biochemistry. He continues his education every two to three months and maintains memberships in several professional organizations.

Clinical Expertise
Dental Implant Placement & Restoration
Dr. Brumbaugh performs both the surgical placement and the prosthetic restoration of dental implants in his own office. By managing the entire process, he ensures seamless coordination between phases, from single-tooth replacements to All-on-4 full-arch restorations and implant-supported dentures.
IV Sedation Dentistry
With over 15 years of training and clinical experience in intravenous sedation, Dr. Brumbaugh helps anxious patients remain deeply relaxed while complex or lengthy procedures are completed efficiently. IV sedation is especially valuable for implant surgery, extractions, and full-mouth restorations.
Full-Mouth Reconstruction
For patients with extensive wear, damage, or missing teeth, Dr. Brumbaugh develops comprehensive treatment plans that restore function, aesthetics, and oral health simultaneously by combining implants, crowns, veneers, and sedation into a coordinated sequence.
Advanced Digital Technology
Cone beam 3D imaging (CBCT and iCat) for precise surgical planning, CEREC for same-day ceramic crowns, Primescan for impression-free digital scanning, and soft-tissue lasers for comfortable gum treatments with faster healing.
