Office AdministratorHello, my name is Ventura, and I'm proud to serve as the office administrator at R. David Brumbaugh, DDS. With 17 years of experience in dentistry, I've worked my way from registered dental assistant through lead assistant, office manager, and director of 10 practices. My career has given me a deep understanding of chairside care, insurance, finance, and daily practice operations.
Dentistry is my true passion, and I strive to treat every patient like family. I love that our team is close-knit and that everyone is willing to step beyond their title to go the extra mile for our patients. My goal is to make sure the practice runs smoothly so you can focus on your smile. I also continue my education through programs like Breakaway so I can better assist you throughout your care.
Outside the office, my spouse and I stay busy cheering on our children at their sporting events. My son plays select baseball, runs cross-country, and competes in tennis and track, while our daughter plays softball, soccer, and basketball. When I have a quiet moment, you'll find me reading, listening to podcasts, or organizing.

Lead Front DeskHi, I'm Ronnie, and I joined our team in June 2026. I have a background in biology and completed a two-year dental assistant training program at Fortis Institute. One of my favorite things about working here is being part of a team that genuinely cares about every patient who walks through the door.
I believe that a friendly smile and compassionate communication can make all the difference during a dental visit. Whether I'm greeting you at the front desk or helping coordinate your appointments, my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you arrive.
When I'm not at the office, you can find me hiking, camping, or climbing mountains. I also love reading and working out—staying active helps me bring my best energy to our patients every day.
